Huddle Up!


"Huddle up!"

You'll see me use that phrase quite a bit over the next month, and here's why - in order to make sure we're all working the same strategy, I'll need to call the huddle into formation to remind you of one or all of these 3 things:

• Why We're Here

• Our Intended Goal

• How to Reach Our Goal

So, I totally forgot to email out your digital copies of the first 10 days of the FIT Journal?! Forgive me! Some of you may have already gotten yours in the mail, while others may still be awaiting theirs, but this digital download is meant for all of us. I want us to download it to our phones, if possible, so as to have the scriptures at our fingertips throughout our day - especially when we need one of those snack scriptures?!

Still not quite sure exactly how to use your journal? I'll post a video today with some tips and ideas...so stay tuned!

Here's a Quick Start Guide:

• Choose one of the 'Morning Scriptures' from the list - whichever one you feel is best suited for what you need that particular day/moment. Write down your Morning Meditation: prayer, thoughts, concerns, etc on the top half of 'Day One'. Then...PRAY

•Throughout your day, use the 'Snack Scriptures' (that you now have access to because you've downloaded the digital copy to your phone ) to chew on and keep God's Word at the forefront of your day, decisions, dilemmas, etc! This is KEY - eat your "snacks", girls!

• During some set aside quiet time this evening, choose the 'Evening Scriptures' you feel is best suited to your needs, situation, or reflects how your day went. You'll use the second half of 'Day One' to record your Evening Reflection: thoughts, challenges, revelations, etc. Then...PRAY
